01 — How it works

Four steps. You supply the chairs.

01
Tell us
Sixty seconds on the form, or a text. Date, place, headcount, occasion. We come back with a written quote and what we need from you.
02
We confirm the nurse
We hold a nurse for your window and send you the arrival time. For bigger groups we send more than one.
03
We arrive with everything
Drips, boosts, shots, supplies, sharps disposal, and a sanitised setup. All you need is somewhere to sit and a bin’s worth of space.
04
Everyone drips in parallel
Screens first, then thirty to sixty minutes side by side. We clean up completely and take everything away with us.

What we need from you: somewhere for people to sit, reasonable light, and a table. That is it. No power required.

02 — Where we go

Anywhere within 30 miles of Wynne.

Cross County first, and the towns around it: Forrest City, Harrisburg, Wynne, Parkin, Colt, Hickory Ridge, and out toward Jonesboro and the Memphis side by arrangement.

Sport and teams
  • Golf and tournaments. The clubhouse after the round, or the evening before it. Teams book Performance the night before and Recover after.
  • Friday-night-lights and school teams. Coaches book us for the squad. Read the drug-testing answer in the FAQ before you do — it matters and we will not gloss it.
  • Race and event days. Start line, finish line, or the morning after.
Weddings and weekends
  • Wedding mornings. The bridal party, at the house, before hair and makeup. Book early — Saturdays go first, and wedding Saturdays go first of all.
  • Bachelor and bachelorette weekends. At the rental, at the lake, wherever you are. Same drips, same screen, same nurse who can say no.
  • Reunions and family weekends. Everyone in one place for once, and nobody has to drive anywhere.
Work
  • Corporate and team days. Offices, plants, and away-days. One invoice, everyone picks their own drip.
  • Harvest crews and long shifts. August in a cab is its own kind of dehydration. We come to the shop or the field edge.
  • Offices in a bad week. When it is going round the building and nobody can afford to lose the week.
At home, or wherever you are staying
  • Your house. The most common booking of all, and the least dramatic.
  • Hotels and rentals. Visitors staying in Forrest City, Jonesboro or across the Memphis side who would rather not drive.
In season — November to January
Duck camp, before first light.
Cross County is duck country, so through the season we run early-hours visits for groups of six or more. We come to the lodge before first light, screen everyone, and are gone before you are. Early-hours fee $50 for runs before 7 AM, on top of the drip prices; the standard travel fee is already waived at that headcount. Book the date early — season weekends fill first.

03 — Pricing

The menu price, plus travel.

$89
travel fee, waived at six or more
Drips cost the same at your kitchen table as they do in our lounge. The only difference is the travel fee, and at six people it disappears and everyone pays member prices — out to Marion and the Memphis side, the same menu at the same prices.
Card at the door, HSA/FSA for eligible services, Cherry financing on packages. One person can pay for the group, or everyone can pay for themselves — tell us which at booking.

04 — Safety

The same clinic, in a different room.

A drip at your house is a clinical procedure that happens to be at your house. Nothing about the standard changes because the location did.

The same health screen
In person, before anything is started. Questions, blood pressure, and the nurse’s decision about what is right for you today. She can and does say no.
Single-use sterile supplies
Opened in front of you, and taken away with us afterwards.
A nurse present throughout
Nobody is left with a running line.
The medical director on call
For the whole visit, exactly as in the clinic.
We will decline a booking
If the setting is not safe to work in, or if a person cannot be screened properly. That includes anyone who has been drinking heavily — a drip is not a way to keep a night going, and our nurse will say so.
05 — Questions

Asked before booking, answered here.

How far will you travel?
Thirty miles from Wynne as standard, which covers Cross County and most of the towns around it. Beyond that it is $2 a mile — it depends on the day and how many of you there are. Ask; the answer is often yes.
Is there a minimum number of people?
No. One person at home is a single visit, priced as the drip plus the $89 travel fee. At six or more the travel fee is waived and everyone pays Drip Club prices — $99 for a standard drip, $119 for a premium one — which is why most people round up their group.
How far ahead do I need to book?
48 business hours is the honest answer for a normal booking, and longer for a Saturday morning, a wedding, or a duck-season weekend. Same-day happens when we have a nurse free — text us and we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you hanging.
Do you really come out before daylight in duck season?
Yes, November through January, for groups of six or more. A nurse is on the road early, everyone gets the same screen they would get in the clinic, and you are back on the water on time. There is an early-hours fee of $50 for anything before 7 AM, and the travel fee is already waived at that headcount. Book the date as far ahead as you can — season weekends fill first.
What is the most common booking?
Somebody’s kitchen, with three or four people in it. The tournaments and the duck camps are the ones people ask about, but most of what we do is far less dramatic — a family, a couple of friends, a Saturday morning.
Can you come to a hotel or a rental?
Yes, and we do it often. We do not need anything from the property beyond somewhere to sit. If it is a rental with a host, check their rules; that part is on you.
What if someone should not have a drip on the day?
Then they do not get one. The screen is the same as in the clinic, and if the nurse says no, that is the answer — you will not be charged for a drip that is not given. It is worth telling your group in advance that this can happen.
We are a team and some of us are drug tested. Is this allowed?
Check with your governing body first, and get it in writing. Every ingredient is listed on the drip’s page and confirmed at the screen, and we will give each person a written record of what they received. What we will not do is tell you a bag is compliant — some bodies prohibit IV infusions above a volume threshold whatever is in them, and that call is not ours to make. See Performance.
Do you take HSA or FSA cards?
Yes for eligible services, same as in the clinic. Whether a particular drip qualifies is between you and your plan administrator.
Can we drink at the event?
People do, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But a drip is not a way to keep drinking, our nurse will decline to treat anyone who has had too much, and we would rather come the next morning than the same night. That is usually the better booking anyway.
Six or more and travel is free
