01 — How to pay

Four ways. All of them plain.

01
Card at the desk
The simplest one. Every price on this site is the price, and you pay when you are treated.
02
Cherry, monthly
A payment plan through Cherry, our financing partner. You check your limit before you commit to anything, and checking does not affect your credit score. Most people use it for a series — a course of iron infusions, a microneedling series, a weight-loss program — rather than for a single drip.
03
HSA or FSA card
Accepted for eligible services. Whether a specific treatment is eligible is between you and your plan administrator, and we will not tell you it qualifies — but we will give you an itemised receipt so you can find out properly.
04
The Drip Club
Not financing exactly, but it is how regulars spread the cost: a monthly membership that includes drips and shots and discounts everything else. If you come more than twice a month, it costs less than not having it.
02 — Cherry

Four steps, about a minute.

01
Check your limit
A short form — no effect on your credit score. You will see what you qualify for before you decide anything.
02
Pick a plan
Cherry shows you the monthly options available to you, over a range of terms. Some applicants qualify for 0% APR plans; some do not. Your rate and your term are set by Cherry based on your application, not by us.
03
Book your treatment
Use your approved amount here, on anything we offer.
04
Pay monthly
Payments go to Cherry, not to us. If something changes, you deal with them directly and their terms apply.
What we will not tell you: whether you will be approved, what rate you will get, or what your payment will be. Those are Cherry’s decisions, they vary by applicant, and any clinic quoting you a monthly figure before you have applied is guessing.
03 — What it is used for

Mostly series, rarely single visits.

A course of iron infusions
$450 an infusion
Medical treatment over several visits, and insurance usually is not covering it
GLP-1 Weight Loss
from $199/month
A monthly program rather than a one-off, so the plan matches the treatment
An aesthetics series
from $799
Microneedling, PRP or PRF filler — a series is where the results are
Forma V, V-Tone or Apex RF
Course of 6 from $999
A course of six to ten sessions
A drip package or the Drip Club
$149 or $199/month
The 5+1 pass and the membership
Single drips are not usually worth financing — at $79 to $149 most people just pay for them, and we would rather say so than sign you up for a plan you do not need.
04 — Questions

Money questions, answered plainly.

Will checking my Cherry limit affect my credit score?

No. The check Cherry runs to show your limit does not affect your score. If you go ahead with a plan, Cherry’s own terms apply from that point — read them, because they are theirs, not ours.

What if I am not approved?

Then you are not, and there is no penalty and no awkwardness. You can still pay at the desk, still use an HSA or FSA card where eligible, and still join the Drip Club, which is often the more sensible way to spread the cost of drips anyway. Tell us what you are working with and we will tell you honestly what is achievable — sometimes that means starting with one session rather than a series.

Do you take insurance?

No. We are cash-pay across the board. Iron infusions are the one place this comes up often: we will give you a superbill — an itemised receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes — that you can submit to your insurer yourself to request reimbursement. Whether they pay is between you and them.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

For eligible services, yes, and the card works at the desk like any other. Cosmetic treatments generally are not eligible; medical ones sometimes are. We will not tell you a treatment qualifies — that is a question for your plan administrator, and we will give you whatever paperwork you need to ask them.

Are your prices really what is on the website?

Yes. Every treatment page on this site publishes a price — drips, shots, boosts, memberships, aesthetics, the intimate and men’s wellness treatments, iron and the weight-loss program. What varies is how many sessions you need, and that is decided at your consultation. The only thing priced at the desk is a lab draw. There is no consultation upsell and no package requirement to get the listed price.

Do I pay before or after?

After, at the desk, when you are treated. Deposits apply only to group mobile bookings — see Mobile IV.

What if the nurse decides I should not have the treatment?

You are not charged for it. That happens regularly — a health screen that finds a reason to say no, or a clinician-directed add-on that turns out not to be appropriate. You pay for what you are actually given.

Can I put a series on a plan and stop partway?

Talk to us before you do anything. Your Cherry plan is a contract with Cherry and it continues regardless of whether you finish the treatment, so the sensible move is to raise it with us first — often we can restructure what is left rather than leave you paying for sessions you are not having.
