The honest version.
| Treatment | Walk in? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| IV drips | Yes, all day | Booking guarantees a chair at a set time — worth it on a Saturday or before an event |
| Shots | Yes, all day | In and out in about ten minutes |
| Iron infusions | No | Needs labs and a physician's order first, every time |
| GLP-1 Weight Loss | No | Starts with a free nurse consult, then a start visit with labs |
| Aesthetics | No | Consultation first, and often treatment the same day after it |
| Forma V · V-Tone · Apex RF | No | Private consultation, on its own calendar |
Busiest times: late afternoons, Saturdays, and the two weeks either side of a school holiday. Quietest: weekday mornings. If you want a chair without waiting, that is when to come.
Before you come in.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for a drip or a shot — walk in any time we're open. Iron, weight loss and aesthetics all start with a booked consultation, because each of those needs something before treatment: labs, a physician's order, or a plan. Booking a drip still gets you a guaranteed chair at a set time, which matters on a busy afternoon.
How long will I be here?
A shot is about fifteen minutes door to door. A drip is 30 to 60 minutes plus a five-minute health screen. NAD+ is two to three hours — book that one. Iron is 30 to 60 minutes plus 30 minutes of observation afterwards.
Why don't you ask health questions on the booking form?
Because a website is the wrong place for your medical information, and we'd rather not hold it at all. The health screen is a five-minute conversation with your nurse when you arrive — it's free, it's more accurate than a form, and it's where the decisions actually get made.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. The chairs are side by side and people often come in pairs. Children are welcome in the waiting area but not in the treatment room.
Do you take insurance?
No — we're cash-pay. Iron infusions come with a superbill on request that you can submit to your own insurer. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. See Financing.
What should I do before an IV?
Eat a normal meal an hour or two beforehand and drink some water. An empty stomach is the single most common reason someone feels lightheaded in the chair.
Are you open Saturdays?
On a Saturday, 10 AM – 4 PM. This is the question we get most, so the answer renders from the same place as every other mention of our hours on this site. If it says we're open, we're open.
