The finish your microneedling was missing.
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles used in a topical serum. At LUX Med Clinic in Wynne, AR the serum is applied to the skin immediately after microneedling, when the skin can absorb it best, for a smoother, brighter-looking complexion. It is a cosmetic add-on to a microneedling session and it is not an injection — +$249 on any microneedling appointment.
Topical only. Never injected.
Topical exosome products are cosmetic and are not FDA-approved drugs. We do not inject exosomes, and nobody should — injection and IV use of exosome products are not permitted. Ours is applied to the surface of the skin, after microneedling, and nowhere else.
Applied to the skin. Right after the needles.
This isn’t a treatment on its own — it’s the last ten minutes of a microneedling appointment, and it only makes sense in that order.
For people already booking microneedling.
If you’re not having microneedling, there’s nothing here for you — this is an add-on and it isn’t sold separately. If you are, it’s a straightforward question of whether you want to spend the extra.
Are already booked for microneedling and want the fuller version of the session
Have done a few microneedling sessions and want to change something about them
Want the calmest possible evening afterwards
Have active acne, an active skin infection, or broken skin in the treatment area
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have any of the things that rule out microneedling itself — the screen is the same one, since the microneedling is the treatment
Have a known sensitivity to a component of the serum, which your nurse will go through with you
The same downtime as microneedling.
Adding the serum doesn’t add downtime. Your recovery is the microneedling’s recovery.
An add-on, priced as one.
